We have been on the receiving end of both good and bad service from Letting Agencies and this constantly drives us to provide the very best service.

Once you have carried out viewings with one of our experienced Property Consultants we will then complete paperwork with you which outlines all associated costs prior to move in. We will outline the process for you which starts with online referencing; minimising paperwork from the outset.

Before you move into your new home we will ensure your property has been checked in accordance with Gas Safe Legislation (if applicable) and that you are provided with an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate).
When you move into one of our Fully Managed properties you will have a designated Property Manager who will be your main point of contact both before and during your Tenancy. Your Property Manager will arrange a convenient time for you to call into the office day of move in, to go through all of the legal documentation & to ensure you have all necessary documents to hand before you move into your new home.
Word of mouth is the best form of advertising for us. We will work hard to provide you with such an amazing experience that you will tell all your friends, family & colleagues to come to us for all their property needs.
We are here to look after you throughout your Tenancy until you’re ready to find another property. We will work closely with you to secure a new home for you based on your revised requirements. We will then move you into another one of our rental properties ensuring continuity of service.
