Our Property Management Department is second to none and every client will have their own Property Manager to assist at every stage of the Lettings process.

Once suitable tenants have been secured for your property your designated Property Manager will deal with all referencing/credit checks for your prospective tenants. They will keep you updated at every step of the way.

Our Property Management Team are committed to providing you with impeccable service. We are on hand to manage all aspects of your property including refurbishment and improvement works to ensure the maximum rental income is achieved.

Effective communication is the key to success in Property Management. Our Property Management team work in your best interests to resolve issues swiftly. We are here to look after your property & ensure you get the exact service you need.

You are not a number to us, you are our valued client and you are important. We want to make sure that you are 100% happy with the service you receive from us.

So if you would like us to call you instead of email once your quarterly inspection has been carried out then you just need to say the word. We understand and appreciate that everyone is unique and likes to be dealt with differently. We know that some Landlords have busy lives and simply don’t wish to be bothered by every maintenance issue which arises. However you may prefer to deal with minor maintenance issues yourself. You can rest assured that we at Burns Estates treat everyone as individuals and tailor our services accordingly. Our Property Management Team will discuss this with you initially so we can ensure continuity of service moving forward.
